By using Accountability Advisor, you agree to use this tool responsibly for its intended purpose: preparing drafts for MICI complaints related to IDB Group-funded projects. This tool is provided by Accountability Counsel to support communities and advocates in preparing clearer submissions.

Accountability Advisor does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or final eligibility determinations. Users are responsible for the content they create and submit. Accountability Counsel makes no guarantees about complaint outcomes or acceptance by MICI.

Privacy & Data

We collect minimal information necessary to operate this service. User-generated content (including complaint drafts and conversation history) is stored securely and is used solely to provide and improve this tool.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only as required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Accountability Counsel, our users, or others.

This tool uses third-party AI services (Anthropic) to provide drafting support. When you use the tool, your inputs are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Please review Anthropic's privacy policy for details on how they handle data.

This tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Accountability Counsel does not warrant that the tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.
